First thing id do is run with the input meter on screen to rule out brake or clutch suddenly triggering or the throttle suddenly not registering at 100%.
Otherwise all i could think of is when youre running out of fuel but i suppose youre not constantly running with less than 1 litre of fuel :D

    1) Are they frequent enough that you might be able to catch it on a video while you're driving? nVidia offers a background recording feature that records your last X minutes (you can set up the length manually too) and save it on a disk when you need it. Or can you hear it on a replay and record it from there?

    2) Do you use any telemetry software that might provide a better look at what's happening? If you don't, I can recommend SecondMonitor, it's very easy to launch and use: https://forum.kw-studios.com/index.php?threads/secondmonitor-timing-status-app.9587/

    3) What do you mean by "my lap-time and sector times are not accurate at all"?
