Problem Error 503

Hello everyone,

This is my First post on this forum. I recently downloaded RaceRoom but after I downloaded it the screen was loading for 3-4 minutes then it shifted to a white screen saying “Error 503: Portal services unavailable “
And then I tried to fix it by using a vpn and to use it in a 32 bit version. But still it was unsuccessful for 2 days. Yesterday, I contacted support, but currently there was no response as of now. Can any of you send some tips?

What country did you choose for a VPN? It if wasn't Germany, try it.

 

I used France and UK servers but once I logged into steam, it was back to the regular servers (India)

 

Update: I used a vpn but now whenever I start the game it turns into a black screen for many minutes and I couldn’t leave ,so the only way was to turn off the pc( Essentially it crashed)

 

Update: Now the hud files are not working and it is still crashing. I tried to verify the integrity of the files but the problem still persists
