Good morning: I've been playing Raceroom for a few weeks now and I like it, but I'm having a problem with the game crashing and costing me a lot of rating and reputation points. The error that I get is this:
Did it happen when you clicked "Drive"? Can you attach that crash dump? Also, if possible - "Game" and "MWTransport" logs from here: Documents\My games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log If you have previous crash logs in the same situation, attach them too. Also, what's your wheel/pedals and PC and Windows specs?

Thank you! These look similar to my crashes. I hope it can help the devs to narrow down the issue... @David Castiñeiras Garcia You can try running 32bit version of the game, I think it makes the crashes less often.

What a game... You spend 100 Euros on this, it gives you problems, the game crashes continuously and there is absolutely no one from Kw Studios to try to help you, it's incredible...
I have the same damn problem... If the game isn´t crashing right away, I´ll just get a blackscreen and I can close the game. I come from Acc and I absolutely love this game but damn, those crahses drive me nuts... Verify Raceroom files integrity on Steam. Rename Documents\My games\SimBin folder (give it any name you want, like Simbin_backup), the game will create a new one with all default settings.
I put your issue into the bug tracker , we arent ignoring it , just trying to pinpoint and duplicate it with my hardware isnt possible , devs and programmer will look into it Andi
I do not want to sound like a douche bag but you expect support like you purchased a 100k Software. I have never seen a game company looking into individual issues at all. Most of the time, the issue is driver or hardware related. If that would not be the case, EVERYONE would have the issue. They do not have the same hardware and driver combination, how would that be even possible. The reason that devs do not look into individual issues is because, the company will lose money every time. It does not matter how small the issue is. Just to put it into perspective.... Just be patient and hope for the best.
@Muca 1) It's not unreasonable to expect some kind of support for a game. 2) It's more than an individual issue now, many people report that crashes become more common recently, yet we haven't heard a single word about that from devs or beta-testers, haven't even heard them acknowledging the issue. 3) "They do not have the same hardware and driver combination, how would that be even possible". Like this: 4) In this particular case he's not even the only one, there are other people who have very similar crashes. So, there's more info for devs to work with.
I'm having the same issue, it started today. On the last 2 races, I start the race and then it crashes.
Attach log files from from both of these sessions. There are game_xxx.log and mwtransport_xxx.log files for each session. You can find them here: Documents\My games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log Also add what's your PC specs and what driving devices you use.
