I am new to this game so I don't know much, but have just spent about 30 mins trying to get my thrustmaster t248 wheel connected to my computer. Now, I have it connected, but there doesn't seem to be a way to use the steering wheel in this game. If you know how to use it please tell me. Thanks guys.

Unfortunately the game doesn't have a default profile for this wheel so you need to do some manual work to make it all work in the best way.

Settings - Controls - Control set > select "Custom wheel", then go to Key bindings and bind everything, rotation, pedals, buttons. In Controls - Force Feedback add a few percent of "Minimum force" and if you want you can also add "Bump amplification".

Then, to make full use of your wheel's feature to automatically set the right steering range for each car, the game needs to have the right information in Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\GameData\General\steering_wheels.xml. Probably the easiest way would be if you attach your .rcs file from this folder: Documents\My games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ControlSet

This file will have an ID for Thrustmaster T248 that I will then add to steering_wheels.xml and attach it here, you'll then copy it to the game folder.

Or if you don't want to send anything, I can tell you how you can do it yourself.
