Like I have said before.... The Silence, the lag of communication, the lag of support.... The lag of information...
The endless "nobody says anything" is just gettin´ worse by the minute!

Right now it seems like all you do is posting NEW content will be released very soon!
    But, Very Soon....

It depends on who you are! And what the wait is for...

I belive the time has come to SPEAK UP - and take some care to the players that really do care and wan´t to PAY TO PLAY, spending and saving money just to buy NEW content only to this game!!!

Come on.. Last dev stream was not so long time ago.
S3S team is one of the most communicative team you'll find about racing game.
You can find in this forum link to several recent interviews the team as done with RD, or other, in witch there are were good informations about the development of the game and the futur of it.
Things you can also find on the official facebook page :
    https://www.facebook.com/Sector3studio/

Check the last patch note, there's massives improvements that are not related to new content, it was only a month ago!

What do you want more ?
A day to day report ?

In my opinion, I prefer them to work on the code that talking about wah they may do one day.

Is it so hard to forget we just recently have had christmas and new year celebration... Is there a problem understanding that the office of S3S might be closed and no one is working on anything during these holidays, the office might been open for business as not more than a couple weeks in the new year 2016 and since it most certainly closed up just before christmas. I doubt you would see anything during this time and they will probably get us all up to speed with things again, after they got the ham and champagne sorted out and made a fresh brew of coffe at the office..
I for shore have had all info and more I could have expected during this time of year... S3S is the only one in this genre that pay so much attention to the users and that is praiseworthy, keep it up S3S you're doing a awesome job. ;)

*Yawn* Well I guess you still sit at tha´ christmas table - eating and talking about last year :D

I don´t watch the dev streams.....

We all like new content :) And yes they do a pretty good job at what they do!
It is not about the wait for the new content..... yeah well a bit!

It does seem like many new things is on it´s way - maby too much at once..... Audi R18 - Audi TT VLN - Group ? cars - New Physics - Nordschleife and more.... That´s not it !

I see Silence... There has no answers to anything at the FB site - ppl trying to get help, but, no help.... I have had a few issues with the game, and then posted some questions at the FB site, what to do ect. - I guess 1- 1½ year ago - still no answers!!!
And I see that all the time, everyday - I haven´t seen 1 answer to any question asked at their last posts - That is the problem!

    - Shhhh Silence...

FB isn't a ideal place for support, but you can get it here.
The new content/teasers are never available in the next update but spread over month. Updates are usually 90% bug fixes/features and 10% new cars/tracks.

    I don't understand ..

You're looking for support on the FB page ?

The best way to get support is here, not on th e FB page witch is more a communication medium about the game, not a support page.

I think that beta testers are constantly giving us hints about what is going on with development.. Also on official fb there are updates pointing on upcoming content (Audi R18 lmp1 being last one)..

You might check thread about r3e on AC official forums (yep doesn't make sense to have it there) where informations are summarized by guys like skybird, me and others fairly quickly

Also devs are still not calling us retarded monkeys, idiots, etc for asking questions or rising criticism as seems to be common on some other official forums.. So be glad :)

The dev streams are worth watching and very informative. Hopefully there will be one soon which will answer some of the questions we all have.

This is a small team with a big task, working out what they should and shouldn't announce isn't a simple job and has to be done very carefully. When the team are flat out with the technical side of things such announcements will just have to wait.

You see a wall of silence, I see a busy team creating new stuff and adding features as they go along.

You might get better support if you posted what problem you were having, rather than just moaning because everything isn't exactly how you'd like it to be

Yeah.. but it may be that they can't talking about things they are not allowed too (licensing deals, etc)

Pushing new cars is easier than pushing new tracks (BTW we gat a new exclusiv track last month, it wasn't the Nord ;) ).. and we already have so much great tracks in R3E .. I don't even can ride them all !

And FB is not the internet ;)

Congratulations, you've found the place where there are a lot of people with knowledge about Raceroom that will be happy to help you with any questions you have. Feel free to post them at these forums and I'm sure you'll get some responses soon.

    OMG!!!
I did for about 1-1½ year ago, tried to get some help at FB - that was then - END OF STORY!!!
Arhhh C´mon, you can do better than that - when did I say anything personally? Never..... That was really childish (spell) to say *Rather than just moaning because everything isn't exactly how you'd like it to be!*

    You see, that´s the problem!!!

Nobody can say anything that´s a bit negative. Without getting F****

Nah, the problem is that you seem to think you're entitled to have what you want when you want it

Now read that sentence again and then look at your own reactions to those negative or opposing comments that your statements received... :p

Youtwitface aren't support platforms for most developers, they are public relations and advertising platforms. S3S don't have the manpower to constantly monitor several platforms, and if they started answering one question on youtwitface then everybody else would demand an answer to their questions as well. So not answering there is a way to prevent citing certain spirits.

To be honest - thats what alot of customers do today... that's not only related to S3S or other Gaming-Studios - that's just a fairly new change in communication that every company has to deal with...

Well informed customers still search for specialised sources to find help, but regular customers went to FB and ask for support on the companys FB-page instead of i.e. calling the helpdesk. That's just modern mulit- or even omni-channel-communication...

Might be. Still, they'd have to put half their staff on youtwitface-duty to cope with that, won't happen.
I don't use twitter or facebook, I have no idea what is being presented there and how. If there isn't a huge "go to the forums for support" disclaimer right on top, then that's something they can be blamed for, but everything else just isn't feasible.

FB and other social media are more suited (and used) for PR than support.. Frankly having official support on fb would be nightmare simply because of lack of moderation, organisation, filter and search tools on FB..

Sure.. Being redirected to official support channel from FB is another thing
