Just recently saw on Raceroom's FB the small tease of what the new UI update might look like, which looks really good, and I was just wondering, could anyone tell me if there's a planned roundabout time it might release next year?
I can't wait for it. Just glad that after a period of nothing happening it's now appearing to be full steam ahead with the development
It's not even a WIP version, it's a sketch. I doubt we'll have an ETA any time soon, too early for that.
I imagine it's a bit further along than that. They are wanting to get it out early 2025 so I imagine it is in a testing phase working alongside LFM. This new UI is extemely welcome, all the options and the in race UI are great but the front end is extremely dated and clunky
Why didn't they post it then and instead posted a sketch? I suspect what we're getting this winter is much more humble, while nice menus like in the picture will come much later.
Nothing wrong with the design, working solid and it features the best options which I always use like "search function". But I just need dark UI for my sensitive eyes and migrainy brain, it is too white for me even on soft lighted room
