Simhub is your friend

you can do some search here or on race department plenty of users professional like overlays available

 

I think OtterHud linked above is by far the most popular solution for Raceroom. You can achieve same thing through some combinations of Simhub features, but OtterHud is very simple to activate and can do pretty much anything you'd need.

 

I tried it via steam, second method, but it doesn't work!

 

The steam launch parameter is necessary for both methods. But you also have to activate either the option in CrewChief or launch the dash.exe manually as per the step 1.

The 1,2 steps in the guide aren't options, but both necessary steps. Just the step 1 has more variants to choose from (manual download of dash.exe vs CrewChief integration).
