I saw these Red Bull liveries on the F2, F3, and F Jr Cars, but they got removed. For what reason is this?

 

If I recall correctly, Red Bull required that their branding can only be used on cars that actually had Red Bull branding in real life. So now it can't be used on unrelated cars and fantasy classes/cars. While Raceroom's F2, F3, FRJ are based on real life, they aren't licensed so they are fantasy cars.

This should be in one of the patchnotes from like 3-4 years ago, I think.

 

Wow, so that means KW had worked with a lot of companies to get licensing rights!

 

you cannot use logos or cars without licensing rights and most or all of them want money for that.
Some modders can get away with it due to being small and it is advertisements anyway but not the proper games.
