I know it's a little thing, but there could be an instance where a server by chance logs new results exactly 12 hours after another one! Those two race result files were created in the evening. I suggest changing the time stamping in the file name to 24 hour to be certain of no conflict issues. For example, the first file should be named 202008132308.JSON instead of 202008131108.JSON
