Ranked Event: Road America 2H For the seventh Ranked Event of 2023 we're heading to Road America on Saturday, August 12 2023 for a 2 hour race with the current generation GT3 and the Mazda DPi! The top 34 European drivers based on their Ranked Multiplayer Rank will battle for a spot in the Hall of Fame in a live broadcast. Leaderboard: compare your time with others Everybody is invited to set their best lap on the leaderboard to compare your time against others. You do not need to own the track and you can try every car for free. The leaderboard will close on Thursday, August 10 13:00 CEST. Everybody is invited to race Everyone who wants to race is invited: all skill levels and regions. You do need to own the content in order to participate. You will be matched with other drivers based on your Ranked Multiplayer Rating and Reputation of your region. Time zone/regions for the race The races are organized in three main time zones: America: EDT Europe: CEST Oceania: AEST Confirm you want to race When the leaderboard closes, a confirmation form will be opened. This form will be sent by mail to everybody who set a lap time on the leaderboard. The form will also be announced on Discord, Social Media and added to this topic. The confirmation form will be open from Thursday August 10 12:00 CEST until race day Saturday August 12. The form will close at a different time for each region: America: 09:00 EDT Europe: 12:00 CEST Oceania: 18:00 AEST Your rating and reputation will be fetched at the time listed above. To be safe, make sure your last race ends +/- 30 minutes before the deadline. You will get an email with a google form with a confirmation that you are going to participate in the race. You must fill this form, otherwise you won't be confirmed for the race. While at it, check your email in your Raceroom profile. You must enter the same email in the confirmation form. Also, this form will be published here on the forums, everyone can fill it too even if they didn't participate in the leaderboard.
Hello everyone, can't wait for this event to happen. I was wondering: instead of a standing start do you think it would be nicer to have the SC start at least in the broadcast server? So we don't have to use the standard game's rolling start and see that car at work

This was so much fun. My first ever multiclass race, chose the DPi class. I now appreciate the drivers of the fast car classes of WEC and IMSA more. Anyways, what happens to the rating and reputation of those players who register but do not attend these events?
Id assume nothing as they werent on the server when it switched to the race session Fully agree that this was a very fun combo, although unfortunately for me things didnt go well and then ended after 20 minutes
