On my monitor the default screenshots have a distinct yellowish tint; reshaded screenshots look better in terms of color balance and brightness, but at the same time are lacking in depth/distance perception. But these are screenshots, I don't know how it looks in the game - might be fine.

You can increase the Midtones contrast on my reshade profile to bring back depth and detail, but it will make the image warm again (yellowish) and lose that atmospheric softness in the distance.

Despite each track and time of day needing its own profile, I'm pretty happy with the results. It looks like GTSport .
Except that I couldn't fix the reds. So they are a bit magenta.

I like what you have done. I do use reshade on RF2 and never bothered giving RRE a try but your excellent work is motivating me to test.
Will do that over the weekend and report back

    Thanks again

I made a new version to address the clarity and make it more "game" looking. I'll post it later today

Is this list of Shaders still current? Asking as I checked @Georg Ortner's RR_Reshade.ini and it seemed to have much more. LIkewise, from w/c packages are these in, just Standard (not Sweetfx package)?

I don't know, probably not. Best thing would be to ask @Georg Ortner for an update on his settings.
As for your second question, these fx are effectively from the standard package.

Thanks. I asked because when I installed Reshade, the standard didn't show all of those included, so I was wondering if I had to include other packages as well (but there were many other packages).

@Georg Ortner , care to share? Thanks.

    Attached my recent settings,
but tbh i change them around a lot.

When i install reshade, i always install all available shaders.

I highly recommend you get familiar with them yourself, so you can adjust to your personal preference.

    - Curves
    Increases color contrast

    - Lightroom
    Color correction / white balance

    - Eye adaption
Changes Exposure depending on image brightness

    - Adaptive Tonemapper
    Adds more contrast

    -Artistic Vignette
Makes image corners slightly darker/higher contrast
Works pretty well in cockpit view, imo.

Testing it. Are there particular tracks you recommend to use as benchmark (while not others)? I ask as I've noticed tracks vary in quality (ex. Portimao looks unoptimized, whereas Sepang is better but can be bright, etc.). Thanks again.

You need to download Reshade (can be found w/ search), and install it on your game's folder, then select the presets.

Hi all. i've got a reshade profile that I use for Raceroom but I want to transfer that preset to another game (actually its raceroom again but another version). So how do I do that? Ive searched online but i can find no clear instructions on how to save/export/load profiles. There must be a way as people above have shared their settings....

When you choose the same game exe in both RR version for the reshade installations its the same reshade folder structure so just copy the file to the other RR version reshade config files folder... :)

    raceroom racing experience\Game\x64\reshade-shaders\Config Files

Basically it is not needed that you have your Config Files in the specific Config Files folder... You can search your whole PC for Config File locations with the ReShade UI... Important is that the other ReShade installation has all the shaders installed the chosen config uses... :)
