SimRacingExpo 2024 Livery Contest

The ADAC SimRacingExpo is taking place from October 18 to October 20 at the Messe Dortmund. To celebrate 10 years of SRE, we're organizing a Custom Livery Contest along with Tim Heinemann and Ascher Racing!



This is your chance to see your livery in-game!
Use your imagination and create a custom livery for the Porsche 911 (992)! The community gets to vote through Social Media (Instagram & X) which livery will be available in the store.

How to get started
In only 3 steps you can get started on your custom livery!
Step 1: go to https://liverytool.raceroomracing.com and log in:
- Username: livery
- Password: contest

Step 2: At the top right, you can download the PSD. Please note that the sponsor logo's are mandatory and can't be removed.

Step 3: Open the PSD and export it as a flat .PNG picture. Now, on the left, click on "Select livery" to see a preview of your livery. You can drag your mouse on the car to see different angles and use scroll to zoom in and out.

Submit your livery until September 23, 10:00 CEST
If you're happy with how your livery turned out, create a preview by making a screenshot of your livery in the liverytool. Add the PSD and the flat .PNG in a ZIP file. Upload the ZIP to Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar - please make sure the file is available at least until the end of the month. Submit your livery in this form: https://forms.office.com/e/qkEAy9GR9z

Dates and deadlines
- You can submit your livery until September 23, 10:00 CEST
- Voting will take place on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) from September 23 - September 27
- Winner will be announced on September 30
- We aim to have the livery included in-game in the week of the SimRacing Expo
- Winner will receive 2 tickets to the SimRacing Expo

Contest rules
1. The mandatory sponsors layer included in the template cannot be modified.
2. You are only allowed to use the brand logos included in the paint kit.
3. No other logos are allowed to be used. Additionally, no nudity, references to alcohol or drugs.
4. All parts of the design, except the provided logos, are your own work and don't violate any copyrights and trademarks.
5. Deadline for submissions is September 23, 10:00 CEST through this form: https://forms.office.com/e/qkEAy9GR9z
6. Our staff will pick the best designs and the community will vote on the livery they would like to see in-game
7. The winner can choose a driver name for the AI driving their car
8. The winner has to provide the PSD (or equivalent) file to us.
9. By submitting your livery design, you grant RaceRoom a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright), sub-licensable and transferable license to exercise the rights your livery design as stated below:
- To reproduce the livery design;
- To create and reproduce derivative works of the livery design;
- To distribute copies of, display publicly, perform publicly and perform publicly by means of any derivative works of the livery design;
