    Those of us who bought the Premium Pack at one time or another should have a "Complete my collection again" type of pack available for purchase, possibly with a similar discount to the Premium Pack itself.

    So someone else who seems to want every car track and livery at a discount, iv'e always said sector3 should operate at a loss.;)
