That's interesting. I have a GTX 1660/AMD 6 core and can only get around 45fps maximum on medium settings. On the other hand, AMS2 runs at between 60-80FPS with high graphics settings.

 

I just downloaded as per the video and dropped those 2 files into R3E and changed the HUD bit and it works. What is a .sh file?

 

Yes a RTX 3080. There are no issues at all on my system...the gain of FPS is never a problem Graphically it looks better now because i have more FPS and s o the mage is cleaner.

 

Its because you have downloaded the wrong install pack.
Yours are the one for Linux.
The right one is named dxvk-1.9.4.tar.gz

 

Sometimes later i will check what graphic settings i turned down for getting thst fps...

 

Are you talking about VR? I have RTX 2060 which isn't that much faster and I can easily achieve lock on 72Hz mode on Quest 2 with low-medium settings on most tracks, probably could push it to 90Hz maybe even 120Hz but can't really see the justifiable difference. Though changing CPU from R5 1600x to 5600x made massive difference - previously I could only get those framerates on empty and older track. Same story for ACC.

And if it's not VR than something is really wrong on your PC
