I made a purchase and the system returned an error so I tried again and was billed twice. I did not receive my purchase.

i tried to buy the nordschleife track for USD for $9,43

I would like the track and would like the extra $9,43 credited to my account. i am ok with game credit!

My explanatory Steam post of several days ago:

In the recent sales, I already had the Premium Pack (purchased 12-24-16) and completed the Starter and Pro Packs, purchasing them on 6-27-23.
Those items are not in my inventory, nor are there any prices on the packs.
I smell a SNAFU.

I should be complete.
A free Porsche pack to atone for your SNAFU would make me more complete once again at this date.
OK then, maybe just the 944?

I lost Starer Pack ( I bougth 3rd of October 2022), Premium Pack ( I bought 28th of October 2022) and Raceroom Truck with #88 skin ( I bought 24th of April 2023). View attachment 27023

I bought the new Porche pack & it took almost 1800 VRP from my total when it was meant to only take 899VRP..
Can this please be rectified so I can make further purchases.

Purchased Starter Pack at about 9:33 EST July 21 and after the funds were transferred form my Steam wallet and I was redirected back to the raceroom store to complete the purchase, the purchase failed, but the funds were not returned to my Steam wallet

 

EDIT: My VRPs are lost! I had ca. 600 left after purchasing the Porsche pack Friday.

I've also lost access to the McLaren 720S after the last update (on 7/20) When checking my items in a web browser it shows up as an owned item, but in-game I can't use it (it wants me to buy liveries first.) I purchased all content in December 2021. Bah! My mistake - it's actually the GT3 DTM version I own.

Another A strange thing is that when I check my account on the web browser on my sim rig pc it shows my VRP balance as being zero, while on my main pc it's showing the correct amount.

Note I decided to by them again the following day.

I noted the first 7 or so I was not directed to steam to do the purchase.

For the last 5 or so, I was directed to steam to complete the payment
So Perhaps RaceRoom gave me credit instead of adding the repaints?

Oh ok. So i just neet my VRP back to purchase the mclarens. I think i lost about 202 VRP

Yesterday i bought mazda mx5 twice by mistake i tought my payment went wrong, but then i saw that i bought it twice and both are missing not in my owned list.

I had 1,639 VRP left in my account, and on 2023-07-22 11:21 after purchasing Porsche Pack 2023 for 899 VRP, I had 0 VRP left in my account when I should have had 794 VRP left. Please check and request recovery.

Yesterday (21.07.23) i bought 319 VRP for the Mclaren 720S GT3 liveries. During the Process there was a error and so i never got the VRP or the liveries.

I bought the Porche Pack today and then had just under 230 VRP left.
And after that I redeemed another 500 VRP that I had bought in the RaceRoom Shop (order number R100123555).
Later, when I wanted to buy the "MCLAREN 720S GT3" with all paint jobs and completed the purchase, suddenly all VRP were gone and I had 0 VRP left. And the purchased content was not in my possession.

 

My Raceroom profile is carlosspringboks, the web won't let me put the direct link.

Purchase made today. Today I added 1100 vrp to the 374 vrp I had in the portfolio, 1474 vrp in total. I bought the Porsche Pack for 899 vrp and the rest of the vrp from my account has disappeared, leaving it at 0.
