I bought porsche pack on 21/07/2023 and my remaining VRP balance disappeared. I bought 2000 vrp the same day. I think I paid twice for the Porsche package.

The same happened to me, i just lost some vrp

Also says i dont own the McClaren 720s but i had all purchased all cars

 

I was charged 899 2 times for the porsche pack

No McLaren 720s GT3
VRPs gone but no McLarens can be seen in game. Where are they/where is the money. I tried several times so I don't know which skins were charged.

Not sure about Crossle 9S.
I can't remember which packs I've had, but I know a lot of cars are missing since the recent update.
I know that I DIDN'T have Mach-E, Cupra E-Racer, DTM 2020, Trucks, and Volkswagen ID.r.
From the other packs I had at least one car I think.
More or less a lot from the purchases during sale end of June is gone.
I swear I was racing with the Mazda MX-5 in Interlagos. I know for sure because I was racing against AI in Interlagos with mandatory pit stop on and it was there when I noticed that just stopping in the pit whithout taking fuel or tires wans't recogized as pit a stop which was quite annoying.
As well as I was racing with 2003 DTM in Assen the day before my wedding because I was very nervous and made a lot of mistakes.

I bought 2000 VRP from the Raceroom Store yesterday afternoon. I redeemed the purchased VRP without any problems. After that I bought the Porsche Pack and some McLaren Skins. Now the remaining VRPs in my account have disappeared and some mclaren 750s gtr3 liveries are missing...
I have owned all tracks, cars and liveries so far - What's going on there ?

Also lost my remaining VRP after purchasing the Porsche pack. I think its about 202 VRP

 

mclaren is a new car added yesterday (at least in gtr3 class), porsche is not available for purchase (its old, retired version of 911 gt3)

I have the same issue as the previous poster….
Purchased the Porsche Pack this morning using vRP and have lost the vRP balance in my account.
The purchase appeared in my purchase history after a 3 hour delay but the vRP balance has not been restored so far.

I bought the McLaren 720S GT3 by buying the entire GTR 3 pack, along with the Porsche Pack 2023, to make sure I had everything that is available in RaceRoom.

I got charged twice, and now the McLaren 720S GT3 and Porsche 911 GT3 R and all the liveries are missing. Purchase was made this morning 7/21/2023.
