    RaceRoom has been updated!

The DTM 2023 Car Pack is now available https://game.raceroom.com/store/pack/dtm-2023

Features 23 officially-licensed GT3 cars from Ferrari, Porsche, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, showcasing the best of the 2023 DTM season.

Introducing two brand-new car models to the sim:

    NEW Ferrari 296 GT3

NEW Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II

RaceRoom has a long history with the DTM and we’re excited to continue our collaboration with a grid of stunning GT3 cars that starred in the 2023 championship season. Featuring 23 cars and the latest models from Ferrari, Porsche, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-AMG, our DTM 2023 pack will throw you into one of the most hard-fought GT3 series around.

We’re proud to add Ferrari’s 296 GT3 to RaceRoom for this pack, the newest GT car from the stable of the Prancing Horse. Featuring a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 and showing off Ferrari’s typical design flare married to cutting edge aero, the 296 won a race its debut DTM season while also claiming victory at the Nürburging 24 Hours endurance classic. A pair of 296s is complemented by five Audi R8 LMS Evo IIs (another new model added to Raceroom as part of this pack, and the fourth iteration of the R8 featured in the game), four BMW M4 GT3s and half a dozen each of Mercedes-AMG’s GT3 and Porsche’s 911 GT3 R (992).

All the cars feature authentic, officially-licensed liveries used in the championship, representing iconic race teams. Throw yourself into the action in one of Raceroom’s organised championships or online race events, or organise a whole offline championship season against RaceRoom’s challenging AI drivers to see if you can be crowned DTM champion!

    New Tyre Model

All cars in the sim have been updated to utilise the New Tyre Model resulting in a much more dynamic driving experience.

Are dtm 2013-16 still on old physics just with the new tires or have they also been completely updated in the process?

Tried R3E today after the patch and noticed a small issue I honestly can't remember if already present. If you start a race and go off track (p.e, going straight on Nurb t1 to avoid a crash), then after you restart the race, the message for lap not counting due to cutting will be displayed back right after the green flag:

I have a question regarding the discount policy of liveries:

Yesterday, I boght the DTM 2023 car pack and noticed, that the liveries of the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) [1] are not discounted. I have to pay the 399 VRP as I would not own the car. As far as I see, the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) and the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) DTM [2] (which is part of the DTM 2023 car pack) are the same car.

There are other examples, where the discount is granted if one car is part of one pack with one set of liveries and available with another set of liveries:
    - Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II [4] and Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II DTM [3]
    - Porsche 911 GT3 R (2019) [5], Porsche 911 GT3 R (2019) from ADAC GT Master 2021 [6] and Porsche 911 GT3 R (2019) DTM [7]

Am I correct and the discount is not granted correctly or do I miss something?

Thank you Jan, I've looked and found that indeed it was discounted when you owned the gtr3 version and wanted to buy the dtm 2023 but the other way around was missing. Fixed that now.

    Thanks for the report!

It's, very nice to drive the ferrari 296 GT3.
In the leaderboard for Bathurst special event I could drive it in the "Frikadelli-livery".
When will it be released ?

There's no information about that. Maybe in a couple of months, maybe later. We had to wait for more than a year for Bentley Evo liveries in GTR3 class.
