    New rules, new tyre physics, updated car models. The DTM 2015 pack contents weren't exactly a secret. Stop belly aching

    I find 11€ worth for the work and efforts S3 has invested, but if being a total noob to RRE, wanting to have DTM 15 urgently (if neccessary or not) I would be totally shocked to pay 70€ for an "Add-On" (DLC)....25€ for the pack would hurt already but as a (new) fan und supporter I would pay that...but 7000 vRP ? Come on....the idea behind might be to force customers to buy some content to get discount..but uhm....you've gotta buy a damn lot to come down to even 25€......dunno if you can call that "smart business policy" (@Race Room, not S3 btw.)

    I paid £8.29 for it and think that's a fair deal for the content I received

    Hm, the pack-price for DTM Experience is 25€ or 2499vrp... So a noob would buy DTM2015 for 25€ with all the content and 8 Tracks which can be used in other categories, too...
    The content alone bought all cars, Liveries and Tracks piece by piece would sum up to 70€ or 7015vRP.

    I.....uhhhh.........hmmmm.......... surely he didn't buy all the cars, tracks, and liveries one at a time?! o_O But that would explain the bizarre 7000 vrp figure. Yikes, that's an expensive mistake! Not only did he overpay but he didn't the full Experience with the championship and the new dirt/tire build up. :eek: It shows 2499 vrp as the standard price for me too. I'm sure if I were logged in it would be even cheaper since I already own the previous DTM's.

    Edit: Yep, only 1148vrp when I'm logged in. Pretty darn cheap IMO even if it's only for mahossivly improved physics and the new dirt/tire buildup.

    Yepp can be quiet misleading cause when those 7000+ vRPs (like m.bohlken said) are referring to single purchase it makes sense that you'll get 64% discount (2449 vRP) as a standard/new customer with little content bought, when buying the pack....I was already logged in when looking at the store and get 84% (=1148) anyway...was just shocked to calculate that 7015 vRP as full price...:rolleyes:....my fault....and as I said in my previous post : 25€ would hurt a bit too (cause I can't say money wouldn't be my concern)..but as a fan/supporter I would pay it...;)

    And "disgusting" is a strong word btw. but as Vilas doesn't speak english very well his actual intention probably got lost in translation....:)

    Well, I'd be rather disgusted if I found out I had just paid $70 for something that should have cost me $25 at most! lol

    Hmm, I will not buy DTM15. I already bought DTM14 and I didn't played that very often.
    I prefer classic cars: DTM92 are great. 1+ for updating this one.

    No that's right... it's mentioned in the Change-Log from the update... Every Content is now free to use in R3E...

    Quite similar for me, as I'm not the biggest fan of modern DTM... But thats just personal preferences I think...
    With the DTM2015 I'm not 100% sure if it wouldn't end up in my shopping-cart... we'll see...

    I am happy with the price. i wont buy it cause i don't like the 2014 dtm cars so i don't care to try the new ones and test driving on lollipop playland does nothing for me.

    For me, the improved physics and off-line tire/dirt pickup is worth the price of admission. Since there aren't many options for the updated physics just yet, I'd at least like to have the three different classes with the good physics to enjoy. But that's just me, DTM '15 cost less than a six-pack of good beer and I know I'll get more hours of enjoyment from DTM than I will from a sixer of beer. I'll just buy cheap beer the next week or two and it will all balance out. :)

    wait, the equation 1000 vRP = 10 Eu is not correct , example, buying 10000 vRP we have a 35% less http://www.raceroomstore.com/shop_en/list_page?cat=17

    Depending on what VRP pack one buys will determine their actual cost.

    I.E I just bought the 5000 vrp pack at 34.99 Euros == $39.68 US

    That means that each $1.00 US == 126 vrp or 1 vrp == $0.793

    so for me DTM 2015 experience costs 1148 vrp == $9.11 US

    My maths should be right...who knows...

    Decent price.

    No small discount for owning DTM 2014/13 is the only thing that annoys me. There is not too much incentive for me to buy the experience over one car. 349 vrp == $2.76 US

    All that said, will I buy it? I am not sure.... I want it bc I support the game, but I have to control my purchases.
