Problem Game hang

wireless connection, no other means to connect. Just looking at firewall settings now, should Raceroom be set at Private or Public?

what is it now? as far as i know it should be public

 

There were 4 entries for RRRE so set them all to private & public, also made RRRE64.exe an exception in the antivirus, will see if that helps later tonight?

I'm at a loss! Tried everything I can find. Event ID 10002 suggests it could be a network or connection issue? Is there no technical support for this game?

 

I do not want to sound rude but what do you mean with no technical support? Should a dev do a remote session to fix network issues? Application hang can cause a million things.
Let's assume that it could be from network issues like ID 1002 suggests.
Go to https://packetlosstest.com/ and increase the duration to 180 sec and let it run. Please post the result.

 

I have been battling with this issue for nearly a year? There used to be somewhere you could submit a support ticket, the only links I could find say that the page doesn't exist anymore? The only support I have had is from the community here.
I ran the test, doesn't mean anything to me but results are attached (hopefully)
