Problem Game hang

    wireless connection, no other means to connect. Just looking at firewall settings now, should Raceroom be set at Private or Public?

    There were 4 entries for RRRE so set them all to private & public, also made RRRE64.exe an exception in the antivirus, will see if that helps later tonight? :(

    I'm at a loss! :( Tried everything I can find. Event ID 10002 suggests it could be a network or connection issue? Is there no technical support for this game?

    I do not want to sound rude but what do you mean with no technical support? Should a dev do a remote session to fix network issues? Application hang can cause a million things.
    Let's assume that it could be from network issues like ID 1002 suggests.
    Go to https://packetlosstest.com/ and increase the duration to 180 sec and let it run. Please post the result.

    I have been battling with this issue for nearly a year? There used to be somewhere you could submit a support ticket, the only links I could find say that the page doesn't exist anymore? The only support I have had is from the community here.
    I ran the test, doesn't mean anything to me but results are attached (hopefully)

    Can anybody read these files? still looking for clues as to why it hangs every time I change something :(
