Always crash at the end of a practice session on nords with AI, since i put a new SSD with a fresh windows install. I tried everything i could find on the net, memtest86, windows memory diagnostic, no errors. Tried 2 different SSD.I can play Iracing, AC, ACC, RF2, AMS2 without any problems. Everything is up to date Nvidia, directx, chipset driver, bios mobo. I did CHKDSK, SFC SCANNOW, verify integrity of game files, without any errors don't know what to do, please i need help. The code you mentioned can be caused by oc memory on dx9 games Possible solutions Reinstal the dx9 library from microsoft Turn off memory oc Andi
Thank you for the answer, but it did nothing, try every profile 1833 2133 3600 mhz with the same result. I guess i'm just gonna forget about it. Way to much unreliable Error 1, menu settings goes black, stuck on loading screen, need to verify integrity every time before booting. It's insane i don't understand it's all random except the crash is consistent.
Did you try renaming Documents\My games\SimBin folder? Rename it to whatever name, the game will create a new one with all default settings.
Yes I did same result, Reinstall after that same thing, uninstall reinstall on a other SSD same thing. Update every driver i could find, run the game in administrator every time, CCleaner clean registry, turn off firewall and I try this -cefNoGPU -cefNoBlacklist -cefNoD3D11
i can`t launch the game since 24 may. the update of the bmw m4 reinstal the game(2x) clean everything on ssd i7-9700k 32mb ram rtx 3080 rog maximus xi hero (wi-fi) win11 i hope someone can help. thanks in advance
Try this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common right click on the raceroom folder, properties, security, edit and give full controll, allow everything. It fix my booting issue with the game hope it will for you.

this has started happening to me now, every other boot it fails with this error. Started this week. No changes to raceroom settings, just stopped working.
Check Raceroom files integrity. Try without any OC for your CPU and RAM. Upload crash dumps from when this happens.
after reinstall completely my regular game loads again, but VR load still crashes to this error. stock install, no addons or filters etc.
Do you have a USB Hub? This game seems to not like USB Hub. High chance its a USB device, handbrake, wheelbase or try to update or repair every driver for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for both 64 bit 32 bit or if you want a true working solution just uninstall and go somewhere else let this game die, 10 years old still have the same issue since 2013 or servers crash because there is 200 people on it xD what a joke...
reinstalled directx seems to have fixed it. but honestly i tried so many diffretn things here im just guessing, it just happens that after the dx reinstall it was working again, its frustraing because the load is so slow to find out if its going to crash i may have even forgotten it was already running.
