Multiplayer Mode - help me.

Yes, some of them have "-ms" ping, but like I said, it's impossible to say if your connection to these server will be bad. It can be good enough, I raced on servers with "-ms" ping because I knew they are in the region that is good enough for me, and it was fine.

So it's a bit of a risk, but if you only join America servers that also show you ping, your choice will be way too small, one server and that's it. It won't be fun to only race on one server, so try other American servers as well.
