Simhub is donationware. Throw him a couple of euros. It's a great piece of software and is constantly adding features. Get out of the I want everything for free mindset.
Indeed, last year, I experimented with SimHub and CrewChief's VR overlay for AMS1 and rF2, it doesn't really work with multiple widgets/components, but there are various compact one-piece HUDs, which are great. But still, it's quite annoying that I have to use external apps for that in 2022 and the other problem is that the MFD is needed for pit stops for example and if you use it once it just stays there. I don't know if there is a toggle for turning it on/off or not, I forgot to check it in the end.
I don't think there are many people with this hobby who could be accused of "I want everything for free" mindset, considering how much we tend to spend on all sorts of things. Sure, support the creator if you utilize the software and are happy with it, at the same time the base overlay features are freeware for a reason and it's also prefectly fine to use it as such. Balrog: I think various parts of the hud can be toggled on/off with number keys.
The fully licensed hypercar from URD & Advanced Simulation! One of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen! Developed with real data from the Glickenhaus team! https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/urd-glickenhaus-scg-007-lmh.72038/ https://unitedracingdesign.sellfy.store/p/rf2-scuderia-glickenhaus-scg-007/
I will donate, it's just my spending has got a bit out of control of late. New DD setup, 3 new racing games and a whack of vrp have left me on the edge of bankruptcy.

One thing that is worth mentioning about Rfactor2 and LFM which I wasn't aware of before tonight. Case in point: Enforced Driver view in the Tatus. Tried it in VR, and it made a huge difference in terms of visibility, the Halo otherwise blocked my view. Anyway, after going back to a 2d screen, I was completely unaware that prior to committing to a server there is an option to slightly ghost the Halo out with a transparent Halo. 10% still kills a lot of vision, but it is better. Not sure if I am a fan of offering VR users an advantage, as that kind of implies pay to win. Other Cars without a Halo look superb in forced view. Who ever invented the Halo needs a kick in the bollox.

Am I missing something, why are we promoting RF2 clips using RRE forum? How demoralizing for the KW team... Go ahead and use their forum for that purpose... How is this useful to RRE users?
Personally Im only offended that all these clips are only posted as ad for a single trivial youtuber. Because eventhough I have uninstalled rF2 because of to much crashes Im still interested in latest info about this game.
Then take a look around in the official forum under news. New UI, Improved Physic, Improved AI, Improved Sound Engine..
Originally I was also a big fan of RR. But the sim doesn't really matter anymore. No optimizations, no graphic improvements.. Nothing! No information about the sim and plans for the future. Only every year again, the same packs TCR DTM with new skins at full price. And yes the trucks..! I don't do that anymore. How about information from the studio or KW Studios? Suddenly the forum has been renamed. Wow! I don't understand the marketing around RR. The community is getting narrower around RR. RR itself is becoming increasingly unattractive. Sadly I have to say! What's going on with you Sector3?!! What are your plans? Carry on like this forever, until the last man is gone? DX12, day-night cycle, modern physics. I beg you, it can't go on like this..
