Mmm perhaps I should give it a go after all. Would have but AMS2 beta is almost hitting the shelves so I don’t have the time to play another race sim.
I caught the Dark Souls bug again. I have the prepare to die edition, but seen that the remaster was only $19, so I took the plunge, and I am glad that I did. It's so much easier to parry with at least 60FPS. DS fix did provide 60 in many places except the animations was still like looking at 30FPS. Parrying the first black knight, was tough as nails in the prepare to die edition. It's a cake walk in the remaster. Oh and no screen tearing... Yup. Couldn't be happier.
I think I didn't act fast enough... Let me check my reciepts, and I will be able to tell you what I actually paid. Uno momento... Yup. I paid $19. It's still a discount though. Steam has it listed for $39. I do know that I couldn't do the $4 thing. I think I purchased PTD after a certain point. If I am not mistaken to get the remaster discount, I would have had to own PTD for at least a year. When Fromsoft made the announcement, I only had PTD for a few weeks.
vox machinae on -40% sale https://store.steampowered.com/app/334540/Vox_Machinae/ keep in mind that it supports vr and non vr modes and plenty of hardware, hotas included, must buy for mech lovers
Dug out Ghost Recon: Breakpoint after the Immersion patch came out. Much better. No more arcade stuff, and a completely customizable experience. Still prefer Wildlands, but this is a massive step in the right direction. (But the drones are still a massive PITA)
Animal Crossing New Horizons. I miss normal life and this game came to me at the right time. It is like playing racing games to drive the cars I'll never ever drive in real life, Animal Crossing now scratches the itch of going out for a walk, buy stuff from a shop without XCOM grid on the ground, travel on a plane, talk to people physically and other social distancing bullshit. In terms of racing games, AMS2 had been my top choice. Love the cars and the tracks it comes with the game.
