I don't buy the dlc for supporting, i just want all the content. It's just the same as with Raceroom.
It's just different, not better or worse, i just like both. I don't really care if you like this or not, but stop accusing them from scamming.
Well, best thing will be, you'll wait for the release, reviews and a discount, that you please and but than.

You feel scammed, by a backing campaign, you're not participating in? I'm right to ask, if so... Crowdfunding is not about buying a game...it's a part of the whole program itself. This backing campaign is more about supporting the devs financially with something in return. If you don't want to back it, because it is too much money for your liking, it's totally fine, no one with some common sense will ever say, you're obliged to do smth. different. You can grab AMS2 for a discount later, definetly. Enlighten us, with your insider knowledge or stop teasing something. It doesn't show much integrity to act this way, just to have a go at something.
I am looking forward to the release of Automobilista 2, if I didn't own just about every other racing game I would have purchased the backing campaign option already. I think I paid around $120.00 for forza and project cars 2, both I don't play anymore. Who knows I never know what I am going to do one day to the next, do you get a discount if you already own the original Automobilista I wonder.
You get a "cheaper" option for backing, if you own AMS1 with DLC Automobilista 2 Early Backing Campaign From the post in the Reiza forums:
AMS 2 has now a Steam store page... https://store.steampowered.com/app/1066890/Automobilista_2/ I think it will be sim of the year 2020 because:
If they maintain the overall physics and FFB from AMS1 with the PCARS2 graphics as it looks then i am all over it. Like a lot of people But the Controls snapshot is a bit worrying me because it doesnt look like the same tuning options we have in AMS1
Finally liveries that don't remind me of GP1. Really glad they could use their independence to get access to newer technology. Looking forward to it.
Comparing the Reiza and S397 Dev Update is like Day/Night I´m impressed... Can´t wait to get my hands on AMS 2
