All the content on their vids is still wip, all the fancy good things Madness engine is capable of will be there don't worry about that (grass, dirt pickup, etc etc).
Reiza November 2019 Development Update https://forum.reizastudios.com/threads/reiza-november-2019-development-update.7370/
New Stock Car trailer: My anticipation for this is growing, and I can see a happy case where it sits along side Raceroom nicely with it's take on some entirely different racing series. - Especially if they can tack their own handing/FFB onto that shiny engine. On that note, there's no denying that engine is significantly more advanced and performant (especially in VR), but I do have a quibble in that it's a little too saturated/colourful. As ageing as Raceroom's foundations are, I do love the understated natural lighting/tones that we have here.
Well Raceroom absolutely nails those two classes, so I welcome an introduction to some lesser series that aren't as well covered. I was not previously aware of the Brazilian Stock Car series, but it looks fantastic, and having an entirely different bunch of tracks to learn to go with them is also welcomed. I can see the two games co-existing quite nicely.
I case someone of the AMS 2 backer missed it: https://forum.reizastudios.com/threads/the-reiza-51-exclusive-ams2-preview-and-q-a-topic.7373/
Ok....go through the backer-thread. Hm...some time ago I was absolutely hyped but it's decreasing for some months now. Don't know excatly why but this could be the normal up and downs I have with the different sims. I'm not the biggest fan of the engine. Some nice effects, sure, but the AA and the colours tarnishes the visuals in my opinion. Tea drinking, racing, and watching out what is before us.
You are completely wrong, as backer you pay less. Base game + Season Pass will be cost around US$ 140, that's a US$ 20 profit for new members and a US$ 40 profit for users that already own AMS + All DLCs like me. From the official forum : Backing options: US$ 119.99 for new members US$ 99.99 for users that already own AMS + All DLCs US$ 89.99 for Reiza Members and Simracing Bonanza backers of level3 or below US$ 79.99 for Simracing Bonanza backers of level 4 Exempt of extra charge for Simracing Bonanza backers of Level 5 and above What it earns: Automobilista 2 base game (estimated @ US$ 39.99 on release) Automobilista 2 Season Pass * (estimated @ US$ 99.99 on release for first 2 years of free DLCs) AMS 1 + Season Pass for all DLCs (which user can send to a friend in case he already own it). Reiza 51 access & voting rights in development polls Automobilista 2 Beta access ** (estimate to begin mid-november) Backer Badge in User Profile Early access to car templates / chance to include skin and author´s name as its driver
What makes you say that? AMS2's core content will be Brazilian autosport, just like in its predecessor's case, but it will also feature: - multiple generations of unlicenced Formula 1 cars from many decades - British cars and tracks (including Brands Hatch GP!!) - GP tracks from around the world, like Adelaide, Imola, Monaco, Jerez, Montreal, Suzuka - unlicenced Australian Supercars and probably more to come after the initial release
