Interesting how tastes differ. I'm one of those who really love driving older cars. No h-pattern, no drive for me. But to say "strange historic cars" sounds a bit weird to me. Those older DTMs, the NSU, etc. are just bliss. But granted, the Crosslés are not well known, I guess. Nevertheless they are SO much fun to drive.
Interesting how tastes differ indeed H-pattern is a huge turnoff for me, definitely when driving but to an extent even when watching. Probably even the only reason the mclaren mp4/6 isnt my favorite f1 car of all time
I tested it again because AMS2 is so cheap to buy in Christmas. I can see why people like it, lots of cars and tracks to play, online playing, rain, good graphics. but in terms of physics, few things have let me down. The physics are lacking detail in many areas.. I am using Audi and AMG GT3 to test 1. Too much braking will make the rear end very loose after a long straight braking, it is not as bad as ACC, but it stops me from pushing the car to the limit. 2. The suspension is great, much better than ACC, it has similar feeling to raceroom. 3. If you oversteer a corner with your steering wheel, the car will turn in a way that is similar to drifting without losing any grip.
We need™ these. Imagine a pack with one of these, The sucking fridge 2J and maybe 6-wheeled Tyrrell. I'm so buying it.
1. Put a laser cannon, a droid left and some X-wings to it and you have a new Star Wars fighter 2. Put a sail to it and you have the worlds fastest Catamaran 3. Bruce Wayne on a test drive for the first Batmobile back in the days
