disabling opponent cockpits did the trick. but i hope for a hotfix so that i can switch them back on.

 

But, you had the full opponent cockit! So, that's even better, no?

 

Did you try verifying your files? My DTM cockpits work fine.

Cool update. Turbo Group 5's seem more cooperative on a standing start, tested the Capri and the difference is noticeable. The only strange thing that remains is the lack of animation on the turbo boost gauge while in neutral. AI seems to avoid collisions better, specially if I mess up in front of them.

Regarding my previous Xbox One Controller reports, cool to see the profiles with axes fixed right in the next day, thanks! Unfortunately the vibration problem remains (the controller is still vibrating over the table while I write this), but let's hope devs find some time to look at it.

 

For everyone interested in the new data displays, be sure to go to the secondary controller options and bind a key for "data display page flip" or something to that effect.

This will 'flip' the pages on the motec display and show you different information Most new displays have ~5 pages or so to go through. At least what I remember from testing...

Yeah, this was a bit of a weird one that definitely seems improved to me, as I did a lot of testing while this was bugged to get videos of what was exactly the problem. You can definitely burn out and spin the tires, making you lose all traction and spin out now. But you still have a bit of lag in the turbo cars until that boost fully kicks in. Much better than before, in my opinion.

Yep, that little .rcs text thing was a quick fix

As for the vibration, that was reported and being looked into. Im sure the devs will get a proper chance to look at it fairly soon, but with patch day at hand and many other pressing things to be looked at with high priority, this will have to wait a short while. At least it's documented now.

Flipping data display works well. But what mean the whole datas...Little hard to read...

 

So do we have to delete the AI file again?

 

Doesn't look like it. I've only tested a few combos, but while it looks like the AI has become slightly faster, we're talking 2-5 tenths of a second a lap.
You may get the odd race in the beginning, but the AAI should adapt fairly rapidly.
If it persist, what you can do is nip into the file and lower the AI levels by one, that should fix it.
