IRL, their deformation under load will generate core heat build up due to rubber histeresis, but that's that; there's surely no surface heat build up due to friction, in those conditions.
Yes, no problem. I do that. Im not by that computer at the moment but it shoud be -webmenu -webdev [url to crew chief] Works great on my system.
Any spaces or other symbols between the two? Works now, apparantly I used the webdev twice, thanks for the help.
Just curious if anyone is using -webmenu and VR are noticing alot of dropped frames in VR compared to no -webmenu. The dropped frames in my case seem to be happening mostly in the menus which isint a big issue
TT drives differently than before but imho better, was a bit too grippy before, felt more like all wheel drive rather than fwd, it now feels as it should, like a mini TCR car, so much fun but I have to say that all slower cars should have the incident count doubled as I did a Scirocco race tother day and by turn 2 I had 24 incident points, this rose to 28 by lap 2, so spent rest of race keeping well away from everyone, as if I was a leper, only for someone to pull back on track in front of me, on last lap, DQ'd yet again.
BHGP - AI needs some tweaking (Strength 100+, GT4); too slow entering Paddock & Druids too quick through Surtees & Stirlings At 100% they're too slow overall (I used default setup and an unclean lap was 1.3seconds faster than 2nd)
Bug - rolling start always spin. Below is an example. It happens when - cars with no traction control ( I have tried DTM92 and DTM2020) - AI doing the first corner in low gear - It happens at multiple venues
I noticed something slightly odd about PCC Classic, not sure if this is new for that patch, or always has been here. So when exiting pitlane you start with cold tires at about 35°C, but on race start tires are actually significantly hotter - with 65°C if I recall correctly. Is this intented? On one hand it kinda makes sense that tires are hotter on the line as you'd do formation lap, but there is no way to bring them that high in one lap, especially if not at race pace
You're right, it's supposed to simulate tyre warming from the warmup lap. It's higher than maybe it would be but that stops 1st corner being a total f up as everyone forgets they have cold tyres. Also, currently AI always have optimal temp tyres, having the player car significantly colder on the grid would be a huge disadvantage, so it's a compromise.
Hi and yes, got feedback today that the fix for that issue have been deployed to almost all accounts now, so you should finally have those liveries unlocked. Please check if that's the case whenever you can and let me know if it worked and more importantly in case it didn't.
That's a big, fat negative, my man.. I'm still missing all those livery contents that I rightfully paid for over a month ago. At this point I am more than upset. Your support guy (Magyar) has completely stopped talking to me or caring. Why don't you just add a couple thousand vRP to my account and we can be done with all this nonsense? It seems like the only way this is going to get fixed is if I just buy the liveries myself (and I'm not doing that with my own money since I already bought them once!)
Thanks for checking, and sorry those liveries are still not unlocked. In order for us to check your account manually I'd need you to tell me your in-game account name or link (mine as an example: http://game.raceroom.com/users/Captain_Slow/). You can dm it to me if you don't want to reveal it publicly.
Thanks for an amazing update Sector3! Great motion and Best FFB ever The cars drives like a dream. Very good start for the year 2021.
