@fischhaltefolie - I found a fix for the black screen issue! Basically some hardware acceleration had to be disabled, I'll add it to the next version, but in the meantime you can run the ReHUD.exe file like so: ReHUD.exe /args --disable-gpu-compositing --disable-gpu --disable-software-rasterizer Then it should be working.
Awesome, will be integrated into the next version (as a setting or automatically applied for everyone) so you won't have to run it with these params every time.
Best regards. Is there a way to make the small rope of the class in relative much thicker, so that they stand out better? I noticed this yesterday in the Daytona event.
Not currently, no. It will arrive as a feature once I implement separate settings for each HUD element, will probably take a while though.
@Yuval Rosen I was trying out your HUD for RaceRoom and i like so far. Would it be possible to add fuel units so it can be changed from liters to gallons. Or am i missing something and it is already able to be changed. I can change speed to mph and tire pressure to psi.
Unfortunately no, I'm super busy right now so I don't really have any time to work on ReHUD. I hope that some stuff will clear up in May and I'll be able to push more updates, no promises though.
One more thing if you don't mind adding to your TODO list. One other thing i noticed is can you fix it to be able to change tire temps from celsius to fahrenheit. Sorry for being such a pain. Thanks
It feels like i've missed something really simple here but my Rehud keeps giving a black screen over the game. I turned the game to borderless windowed. I'm playing on a single super ultra wide monitor
Hi, that's a known issue, and there's a fix in an early access version. Unfortunately I won't be home in the next week, I'll send you the version in private afterwards. Can you send a message in the apps channel of the RaceRoom discord server?
could u implement rpm number into speedometer? another option I would love is detaching the bar with bb/tc/em/eb from it or at least create the 2nd version with the bar at the bottom and maybe the rpm bar at the top like it usually is on the car dashboards? doesn't it makes more sense? especially if u want to use it as the main dashboard and not the useless thing laying on the side of the screen something like that? lol maybe someone have better idea with placing of these icons but u know what I mean
Can I rescale it? It takes up most of my screen, so I can hardly see the cockpit or much of the track.
