with SM running on my main rig PC and with the UI paused it looks like the reports worked just fine for tonight's online race.

    Hi Winzarten,

can the Nordschleife already be represented as a map in ACC?

Cool, thanks for the test. So it is indeed issue with the remote functionality.

Should be, all it should take is complete a full valid lap. Just that 60+ grids force the app to always use the timing circle, becasue only 59 cars have filled world position in ACC data (acc shared memory limitation).

Anyone here tried to use this telemetry software in real life racing?

    Hello Winzarten,
I have a fundamental question about the software. I don't know if you can help me there, but you certainly have more idea than me. So, I like to use Second Monitor, it runs on a 2 screen with some ads, among other things, the map. It all works very well. Well, when I use another software to display an overlay hud in ACC ACC Drive for example), run on the mainscreen on the ACC, start to jerk both on the other screen and ACC. Can't you control two programs side by side with the ACC data? Is there a solution for this? I would like to use both together?
    Thanks in advance.

You should be able to use two applications at same time with ACC.
If the data look correct on both apps, and it's just that the app or game stutters, then there is some either some performance bottleneck, or some windows scheduling issue.

Map driver animation in SM was one of the thing that had occasionally caused stuttering for me, but the recent version improved the performance there. You can try to disable it in the options, and see if the situation improves.

    CPU oder GPU?

CPU is a Ryzen 7 7800 X3D and GPU an AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT. I don't really believe in it.
    What means "windows scheduling issue"?

For that system I also don't believe anything is a bottleneck. My app should be mostly cpu bound, as purposely I don't use any GPU acceleration. There is no way a 7800 X3D would be bottlenecking, as my 5800x isn't...and even my old 6600k could handle running the app with sims.

Windows scheduling is widnows deciding when to refresh each window. All windows, even fullscreen, are in fact 'borderless' windows, so windows has the final word when the refresh takes place. In some situations, with multiple accelerated apps, on multiple monitors, with different refresh rates, there can be some frame pacing issues. Tbh, I don't understand the nuances of how window manages windows, and what is the relation with display drivers there...Thats way beyond my league.

    Hi Winzarten,
that could be the problem, I have ACC and ACC Drive (overlay) on a 144 Hz monitor and SM on a 60 Hz monitor. SM alone on the 60 Hz monitor and ACC on the main monitor (144 Hz) run without problems. When the overlay from ACC Drive is added, it starts to jerk ...

    Hello Winzarten,

at First,, thank you for this great App! it provides more than i need and it is very usefull for us ( i am racing offline with a friend 6-12h races). There is only one issue. The fuelusage during Race isn't shown. All values are 0. In practise and Qualifying it is shown correctly. We are racing with rf2. Is there something in the options we are not right?
Thank you for Help and your Work with that App!
    Greetings André

PS. We use Server-Client connected via Ethernet

Hey, I have just done a new PC build and i cannot get it to run ACC. I see that it connects for about 15 secs then disconnects.
can anyone offer some advice please? i had it going on previous system.
I have copied the code for the broadcasting code to the json. which is default and matches the settings in the app.
I have another friend having the same issue.
    running on W11
    running as administrator
:( love this app please help get it going properly again. thanks
EDIT: also, i remember the dots on the map being smoother too, is there a setting for that?

    thanks

Sorry for the very late repply.
From the logs it looks like ACC is closing the connection, I'm not sure why.
You can double checks if the app settings match when is in ACC

As for the dots being smoother, check the Map tab, and 'animate driver pos' settings. This is disabled by default, as it can be quite heavy in bigger fields on less capable PCs.

Hi winzarten! firts thanks for the amazing app, I used it a lot with AC and AMS2...
I have some points so you can tell me what is possible here.

I have a community and we make some championship every month. First idea is the possibility to create a preset that you can choice a "stream or event mode" so you can use the second monitor like race information for a race stream, for example: No drivers backgrounds colors except maybe the driver who is showing in "TV" , not auto scroll to the players name (spectator or streamer that is in boxes), the gap and laps counting not use the player like relative driver to finish, etc. maybe a mode that you can turn on or turn off.

Another point is about AMS2, I know that feature is because AMS2 erase the drivers who disconnect from race, ams2 erase it from the final results chart.... maybe it is possible that second monitor do not erase drivers that are DNF, get disconnect, or maybe have DQ? even if a driver got disconnect, second monitor can save the last data about that driver so it will be published in the second monitor, that second monitor keeps all the data of that driver until the end of the race, or the session... so you can use the report in excel as official results for championship with all the drivers and all the data.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Kmikiwi.
I think you can do most of it can already be achieved. You can disable player highlighting and scrolling to player in the settings
    upload_2024-5-28_19-57-51.png
    upload_2024-5-28_19-58-6.png .

You can also remove most of the not relevant information (like fuel, tyres, pedal positions etc) using the Layout Editor.
When no player is detected in the session (i.e. because you're spectating), then all relatives are taken to the leader, but you can also change display times to absolute.
Highlighting the selected driver depends on the sim, as it is information that is not always available in the data. :)

For the second point, the data is already preserved by the app, for cases where the player rejoins later. There are just not exported in the reports, because it contains stale information (like the driver position), as they are from the point the driver left the session. So some update on some of the data needs to be done before they can be exported. I can add to my todo list ;)

Great app, always use this app while racing!
Are there possibilities to add virtual energy usage from Le Mans Ultimate into the app, as fuel usage too with calculations for both? For reference:

I would like to, but sadly virtual energy is not available in the data, and looking on threads on the official forums, Studio-397 devs are in no hurry to update them.
What I'm working on though, is improving the fuel status widget that atleast battery usage is better visualized :)

    It looks very nice.
I've found information about virtual energy and fuel usage in the rest API of the game.

Hi, it's a beautiful app, is it possible to have a screen in the championship, where all the results appear? for example
