Another update on Salzburgring where I have noticed changes again! Have done runs in practice as well as trying out with two races with different cars. Here is what I tried:

    Skill levels: 95 & 98
    Car class: GTR3
    Start type: Standing
    Starting position 8th

    Practice test:
    20241104192058_1.jpg
So when I gave this circuit a try in practice with skill level 98, I had few issues getting a decent run.
But things were much more different when I gave a couple of tries in race:
    20241104200716_1.jpg
Throughout the race I noticed following things happening:
AIs are just slightly faster towards corner 6
During some stages of the race, some AIs still were gliding through corner 11 and it was the black & white Bentley that I caught doing it right as I was trying to chase it. The same AI pulled off an insane lap time which was the one from the #2 screenshot.
It also still happens that, the AIs also so perfect out of the final corner 15.
And the last issue is, that the AIs still feel so ruthless/aggressive at this track even if its no more likely to win.

PS: Ok Andi and Alex, I know I always post up results of me just winning but please take note, I am just addressing issues I come accross. On other tracks that I dont have many problems with, I am happily turning up the difficulty to 100+ because those tracks do work miles better! Yet I must say, the recent changes I noticed with Salzburgring are a good step in the right direction even if there is still some work to do.
    Thanks again lads!

last turn before start/finish. A lot of crashes from AI. DTM GP course seems to work better but has the problem with hitting the wall at T1

After a lot of races, I can say A.I cause incidents and crashes in T10, very often almost every race. I think they have superb grip or speed in that specific corner.

    Class: GTR3
    Track: Zandvoort(banked)
    Difficulty:98
Tested in both qualifying & race

The AIs seem to have more grip through corner 7.
Also a very weird one: The AIs in the BMW M4 are more dominant from the rest!

I will post screenshots later, at the moment the game is riddled with 500 error and will update with more issues if I encounter them

    Zandvoort 'UPDATE*

So I put more effort into the new Zandvoort track. I love the track but here are the updates and new few issues I discovered:

Even during qualifying I was beaten. Pole went to a BMW AI,

Then during races, the AIs make some really eery behaviors at corner 8. At times, AIs manage to make a pass on the outside. But during other times, when AIs attempt to overtake another AI, they slide. However when attempting to overtake me, they try diving in the inside, nudging me which also at times result in me being spun off!!

Speaking of pace, these were the results
Race #1 whilest starting from P2 thanks to qualifying results 20241118221525_1.jpg

And then this is race #2 with starting position seventh.
    20241118223559_1.jpg
Not only are the BMWs blistering, but so are the Bentley AIs. The Lambos and Mclarens were soooo slow!
But on the brightest side, the AIs still are really good elsewhere on this track !

So you expect to never be beaten by any AI?

Just trying to understand your expectations as it sets the tone for what you're reporting here.

Of course I do expect to be beaten by AIs. But I just pointed out a thing I noticed. This isnt like an alarming thing, it is just something you might take a look at later but no pressure. I can also add the fact that, in qualifying the AIs mostly show a full potential of their pace. However with race, it is opposite until you overtake them. I even had a situation way back when, during a qualifying at The Glen without chicane I qualified last. But still went on and won the race.

Don't forget that, I also pointed out an odd behavior of the AIs on the track which isnt them being "too fast". But will of course focus on places where, the AIs are also way too slow as well

i know this sounds like it makes no difference but screenshots of the results really helps us put into context your reports so if you can provide screenshots with your and the ai's laptimes that helps loads

    Andi,

edit : I've tried 98% at Imola, it's better I can race in mid pack without being able to win, they go at the same speed, it's what I needed, but they are slightly faster s1+2 and I'm faster s3
