Can you guess which one it is?
Given the bmw theme and their current cars id hope for the hypercar. But i kinda feel like the m4 gt3 evo might be more likely or its something entirely different
The BMW M4 GT3 EVO isn't even available yet, it will be launched in 2025. The last car could be the drifting machine instead.
Think it wouldnt be the first time a car appears in a sim before actually making its competition debut but yeah, that drift car might be more likely
They said drift is not ready yet. So it is still in internal testing. So I would guess of M8 GTE or M Hybrid V8. But If I could chose I would also say 2002 Gr.2 or the CSL Gr.4.
It is their car. "Broadbent" name is still readable on the screenshot while the rest are not, but we can also look at flags and the lengths of the names, it all matches.
@J-F Chardon After this release, perhaps it would be worth updating Starter and Pro pack content. The reason being that neither has a current Gt3, or indeed recent WTCR car on their rosters so newer players can´t do ranked or leaderboards most of the time. Maybe sub the M6 for the M4 and WTCR Honda for more recent one plus change the Porsche for the 944 or the Mx5. The Pro pack could do with all the Gt3s being updated as well as the WTCRs and the FRX17 for the 22.
V12 LMR LMDh GTE M1 Group 5 CSL Group 2 Class1 2021 Concept (the one rFactor2 has) The Group C thing E30 drift My hopes are on Group 2 or GTE to fill the one-car-classes The M4 won't be in, to new. Also MX-5 and 944 have their own packs so that's out of the equation. The 964 Porsche is super and was greatly received when it was on ranked rookies. And the Pro pack...well...we don't talk about the pro pack, that is just a waste of space
It´s a like for like swap and there is an evo version on the way anway, so it was either that or the AMG so as to have a car for ranked and comps that is current and relevant. The Pro pack could be relevant if it was repackaged and is a stepping stone for people who may want the Premium down the road or maybe just want to focus on the popular classes but as you say, right now is the decoy option.
I think for Rookies the AMG GT3 2020 would be a good car. But the 964 a good "rookie" car?, i am not so sure about it. Maybe I have to test it again with the new tire model, we haven't used this car for almost a year now in our events, because many people said it was too awful to drive and there was no fun driving it, because it did strange things out of nowhere especially during 1vs1 fights.
