Anyone knows if there will be a remote admin login type thing ?
I am planning on running a external server but I don't want to have to control that machine with a remote software. A remote login to the server as admin would be great when you have multiple admin ect ..

 

From what they showed you will be able to manage it via a HTTP interface so I'm thinking if the port is published you should be able to manage it remotely.

 

Some months ago this was confirmed already. Can't find it right now though. It will be something like a Windows service with a web interface. So once you have started the service you won't need to have some sort of remote desktop to it, you will be able to control it through the web interface.

That's a huge step forward compared to the older dedis from GTR/GTR2/Race07 which were only controllable via windows gui.

 

Need to know somewhere (HTTP Api or console) if somebody play en server.

Also, it works very good now.

Some people out there who already used the dedi tool? I got some problem with the localhost Interface . When im using the Internet Explorer and go on http://localhost:8088 he told me to give a name for the dedi . I typed the name in and klicked on ok but nothing happens. I restarted the IE and typed in the localhost adress after i klicked enter i saw that he created the dedi . when i change the settings and klick on "SAVE" he switched the settings back to the standard . after restarting the IE i see my changed settings.

So every time when i change something or start the dedi i need to restart the IE to see the changes. I think that this isnt right and i hope that there is a trick to solve my problem

 

I recommend you use any browser that isn't IE. then tell us if the issue persists.

 

Hello we have Problems with our Dedi Server.
We did it like the how to do.
Ports are open UDP:60000,TCP: 60001,UDP: 60002
When i Turn on the server in my Explorer (chrome).The ports are shown .
InGame the server is Online but with no Ping like some other servers.
Many Dedi Servers have a ping .
And i cant connect to the server like some of my friends.
Can somebody help me pls ?
My Steam Name is Nascher2306 i am from Germany.

if I make a dedi with DTM in 2014 it appears in the list . upon entering the channel on this server you press run and the vehicle can choose ! until then good . when you press the button briefly race remains away and reappears as a red button racing ! Why is this error ? DTM in 2013 works flawlessly ! Please help
