Well done guys it's awesome, VR implementation is as good as Assetto Corsa, even better because you've managed to seamlessly integrate the menu system as well. Car interior models look fantastic in 3d.

It really means a lot to me to have all these fantastic cars that you guys have made, with the best physics model and sounds of any driving sim now available in VR. I've poured a considerable chunk of money into this sim and you've just made it all worth it ten times over.

The car interiors are incredible. The attention to detail is just mind blowing.

I find that I have to drop detail a fair bit to get acceptable performance, but dropping shader quality and track detail makes very little visual difference and a nice performance improvement.

Racing the newly improved AI in vr is incredible

I assumed it was 0.1 increments - are you sure it's 0.5? Isn't it the size of the render target which is multiplied by this amount, so it can be any number between 0.5 and 4 and the resulting render target size is rounded to an integer?

Yes, you can do any decimal. 1.4 or 2.1 etc.

Small steps, it goes quick and eats performance quick as well.

Start from lowest graphical preset in video settings, find the resolution that works for you (multiplier) then enable and turn on the visual settings you care for the most one by one until you reach the sweet spot.

Head movement must be reduced in VR. I've been running the oculus in AC, Dirt Rally, iRacing and pCars for 8 months now and NEVER (uptil this) experienced motion sickness.

Is there any way to edit this?

You can use the search field and type any car class you are looking for. That search works with content as well ;-)

Also you can move your head closer hehe

Wasn't there some way to edit this per individual car? In the car ini file or something? I seem to remember it being discussed quite a lot a couple of years back - some head / world movement scale.

For me at least it's about right as-is, but some stiffer cars (f3, for example) on bumpy tracks (Zolder) can be a bit disorientating

Yes I went up to 4.0 and still really blurry, not really playable, in fact hardly noticed any difference between -vr & -vr 4.0. System specs not that great but not terrible, 980ti with i7 3930k. Something is definitely wrong then if you have tried it and not think it is a blurry mess.

At -vr 4, it looks amazing but runs terribly (Gtx1080 / Vive) so something is definitely not right. Don't put quotes around the start arguments in steam - just type
    -vr 2.2
    Into the box

I got a black screen first time I started the sim after installation and settings. Shut down and restarted windows. Fixed it.
