https://forum.sector3studios.com/in...om-car-class-lookup-list-december-2019.14091/ You can find the very latest Performance Index in my car look-up-list (link above).
Hi All, I hope I am in the right place. I was looking for track IDs but I can't find them anywhere. Is there a list for it somewhere? Similar to this performance car index that has car IDs.
All IDs (car and track) can be found in the r3e-data.json file stored locally at Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\GameData\General Just open it with Notepad, and do a text-search for the track you're looking for. Alternatively, there's my own list: Spoiler Anderstorp Grand Prix: 5301 South: 6164 Autodrom Most: 7111 Bathurst: 1846 Brands Hatch: 2520 Chang International Circuit Full Curcuit: 4253 D Curcuit: 4944 Circuit Park Zandvoort Grand Prix: 1678 National: 1680 Club: 1679 Circuit Zolder: 1684 Eurospeedway Lausitz Grand Prix: 2468 Automobilsport: 3291 Falkenberg: 6140 Gelleråsen Grand Prix: 5925 Short: 6138 Hockenheim Grand Prix: 1693 National: 1763 Short: 1764 Hungaroring: 1866 Imola: 1850 Indianapolis Grand Prix: 1852 Moto: 2014 Knutstorp Ring: 6137 Lakeview Hillclimb Full Run: 1682 Reverse: 2181 Macau: 2123 Mantorp Park Long: 6010 Short: 6167 Mazda Laguna Seca: 1856 Mid Ohio: Full: 1674 Chicane: 1676 Short: 1675 Monza Grand Prix: 1671 Junior: 1672 Moscow Raceway Sprint: 2473 Full: 3383 FIM: 3683 Motorsport Arena Oschersleben: 2384 Nordschleife Nordschleife: 2813 VLN: 4975 Tourist: 5093 24 Hours: 5095 Norisring: 2518 Nürburgring Grand Prix: 1691 Short: 2011 Sprint: 3377 Paul Ricard Solution 3C: 2867 Solution 1A: 4246 Solution 1C-V2: 4247 Solution 2A Short: 4248 Portimao Grand Prix: 1778 National: 1783 Club: 1784 Club Chicane: 1785 Raceroom Hillclimb Full Run: 1705 Reverse: 2214 Raceroom raceway Grand Prix: 263 Bridge: 266 Classic: 264 Classic Sprint: 265 National: 267 Red Bull Ring Speilberg Grand Prix: 2556 National: 5794 Road America: 5276 Sachsenring: 3538 Salzburgring: 2026 Sepang Grand Prix: 6341 North: 6578 South: 6579 Shanghai Grand Prix: 2027 Intermediate (WTCC): 4041 West Long: 4042 Silverstone Grand Prix: 4039 International: 5816 National: 5817 Historic GP: 5862 Slovakia Ring: 2064 Sonoma Raceway WTCC: 1854 Sprint: 2016 Long: 3912 IRL: 3913 Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix: 3870 Classic: 4542 Combined: 4543 Suzuka Grand Prix: 1841 East Course: 2012 West Course: 2013 Stowe Long: 6055 Short: 6056 Twin Ring Motegi Road Course: 6658 Zhuhai: 3464 Haven't updated it in a while though, so the new stuff (Ning-bo and Bilsterberg for sure, might be others) are currently missing from that one.
I have a question regarding the different cars in the GTR3 class. Some say the newer models have a better performance over the older ones. All share the same PI. Is that just a question of (stock-)setup or is it true that the newer cars are faster?
Some of the older cars are slower due to less power/grip and no amount of setup can fix that. In the shop, you can see the cars most people use to win or be ahead cost 4 euros. Haven´t seen many people beat them using cheaper cars.
Apparently there has been a BOP adjustment since then. I can see some people posting good laptimes with the older cars but IMHO the BMW M6 and 911 2019 are still about 0.5/1 second per lap faster than the others on norma tracks. The performance difference between the Nissan and the other cars in Euro classics is much bigger yet they have the same PI.
If PI is supposed to be used as a reference to create multi-class races then I think it's fine. All these old and new GT3 cars belong in the same class after all. Corvette is looking pretty strong too.
Yes...all GT3 are in the same class. But the performance (this is what PI stands for) is noticable different. TBH I don't think the M6 and a Mc Laren are in the same class really. And to drive older cars in a race seems completely pointless Same in GTR4, where most races are a BMW Cup at the moment.
Yeah, that's true, and I recall there was a small discussion about that on the forums a couple of months ago. I think if the game could assign the same car to several classes at once, it'd be possible to have something like "GTR3 legacy" and "GTR3 competition" classes in addition to our current GTR3 class.
Even the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Endurance always will start in the grid before the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Carrera Cup Deutschland although they have the same performance index.
ok, that makes sense because the 911 Endurance has TC and ABS and the Deutschland Cupper has not. But again...those two shouldn't have the same PI.
