App R3E Reality GT - Multiplayer Broadcast Overlay

hi,
why is it that nothing works in the tools anymore? I wanted to comment on a race etc. last sunday and NIX was possible to select. When I clicked on cockpit, or bumper etc., nothing happened! There was always TV or a similar camera and nothing more! Unfortunately it's still like that at the moment... Surely it can't stay like this? node-v21.1.0-x64 is the latest. i also downloaded and unpacked the R3E-Reality-GT-v2.0.1 again and now i see the black window this CMD opens for 2 seconds, but is then closed again immediately....

can someone explain to me what the error message is and whether it has anything to do with the fact that i can't switch to cockpit, wings etc.? what use is this software if it doesn't work?

"node:_:20732 Warning: settings the node_TLS_Reject_Unauthorized enviroment variable to "0" makes TLS connections and HTT PS request insecure by disabling certificate verification."

 

The reason you cannot switch to cockpit or dash is that you have not enabled "View other drivers cockpit" in raceroom settings.
And its not an error message, its just a warning.

thank you. i wouldn't have thought of that so quickly. i had reinstalled the pc a few weeks ago. i have no idea why this setting was gone. THANKS A LOT for the quick help ! Great

 

Hi all,
Firstly this is a great little app for Raceroom - I've been using it for a few years now.
Our community largely runs "minute" races, but on the odd occasion races with "laps" - when we do so, I've been getting the old "camera follows P4" issue in "lap" streams - can anyone tell me if a way to fix this issue was found?

Any help appreciated - sorry if its a repost from earlier posted issues

Im very new to RaceRoom broadcasting and found this.
I have it working and its great but there are 2 things i need help with if anyone can answer.
How can i change port 9090 to another port as i have 2 PCs streaming it and need them to differ?
2nd is there a way to make the overlay backgrounds transparent just a little bit?
Thanks for having this available for us and sorry if this was asked but i could not find it!

 

Are these themes available still, i love the transparent ones and that is just what Im after.

 

Hey.
Is there a way to run 2 instances of the program or have 1 view full screen and another on a smaller one. In the style of F1 when they show an onboard view on the right side?

 

So it can't run by making a new installation on windows?

Second, I don't know if someone has asked for this issue before, sorry.

I can run the app properly and use it, but one thing.
I open the UI tools, but I can't change or toggle anything there, such as commentator's name, enable or disable the UI tools... I can do nothing there.

How would one replace the top right RaceRoom Logo? I like having the RaceRoom logo above the standings but would like to show our community logo on the topright. I tried changing in the less files and tried straight out replacing the raceroom logo with our own which also didn't work

 

Look for logooverlay.png and replace that png by your community logo
