Well if this eventuality happens then there will be no excuses "... We can't wait to continue modernizing the engine by going even more in depth and unlocking highly efficient render techniques offered by more recent DirectX versions. ..."
Yeah but for now, it is not possible because of the lightsources (just one) of the engine. Let's see what is possible in the future. But on the other hand, how many people would use this feature, even rain. I do online racing now for almost 20 years, always when I saw rain races, so many people quited the races so fast, because they cannot adapt to the rain or can't win the races, because with rain and night the skill difference is even bigger then in normal dry-day conditions. I mean check the ranked races, there are so many people who can't even finish a 15 or 20 minute race in dry conditions, not even talking about 60 or 60+ minute races.
Tbh was never satisfied with "rain physics" so far - to me it never felt like it should (ACC /Automobilista 2) - anyway, guess it's a hard thing to correctly implement cause there are so many variables if you really want to have it 1:1 (compared to dry track conditions).

My gripe... With the change in how a car sounds while approaching, and how it sounds after it passed, I want more static cameras where the car passes and leaves the camera. Looks like I got to learn how to work the replay system after all.
Checking the 95 DTM season, one track (if you could call it that) would still be missing from RRE - SIngen.
thanks buddy!!! I got it ... @RaceRoom: please make it purchasable for the 1.000+ other sim racers ...
