What counts is how you feel about it when it is released. No Youtuber, or other play or even dev, for that matter is going to convince me good or bad till I see how it is when my hamfists are in charge.

The last tyre update 4.1 combined with the TC change did something bad to a lot of GT3 cars in terms of grip and instabin´s return. You can see that now online and on leaderboards as people are basically driving 2 or 3 cars to be competitive as the others are inconsistent and much harder to drive without crashing and/or too much down on power.

What could be the racing series linked to the Pau Ville circuit? Perhaps the extinct all-electric Touring Cars championship, ETCR.

 

Did they really say that there will be content of a racing series driving in Pau? I guess the only thing that would make sense is TCR Europe in this case.

 

That's right, because they say that a touring car themed package based on Pau Ville will be released

 

ehm...this is the only thing they wrote "We’re also still committed to touring cars, and there will be some exciting news to reveal on that front over the coming months."
With no word it is linked to Pau Ville, just Touring Cars in general.

 

"The next main quarterly pack release, due in October, will see the release of a touring car themed pack based around the release of an iconic street track: Circuit De Pau Ville in the south of France."

well, it can surely mean it is something based on the track, cars driving there. Or it is just some Touring car things because Pau is a touring car track, so nothing really specified. can mean anything^^

 

Is there any info on the plans for 2024?

 

Well, the only thing known is the plan to release the content they didn't release in 2023. Other than that: no.

 

As you know the ai is being worked on as i type
and once done it will probably need a couple of phases of release and feedback

honestly sometimes i dislike your comments
ai was put onto new tyres and this is a huge operation ; making sure they drive ok ; then they can run the laps ; then the feedback and balancing it takes time and thats it ;
it wasnt possible to have the cars on new tyres and the ai on old ; so instead of moaning use the ai thread and follow the instructions and give me the instances of where they misbehave so i can confirm and get fixes
