Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

On the 20th of August I tried to buy a skin three times in a row, but an error appeared that I don't remember, at the moment the purchase did not count at the time, it counted a while later, therefore, they were charged three times the value of the skin and I didn't receive the skin, R$4.65 was spent on the purchase and I didn't receive anything, I already filled out the form twice, I'm waiting for the refund.

Did this process get automated or did someone manually have a look at my transactions? Because i noticed yesterday that i now have 58vrp that im pretty sure i didnt have before and that would match the amount i lost when trying to buy a livery a few days ago, however i never put in a report. Either way thanks for the vrp

I just tried to buy the GTR 3 liveries for the McLaren 720S. I tried three time and had no success with it (no additional liveries available in the game). But unfortunately the money was transferred from my Steam account as well three times and I did spent 7,47 Euros for nothing.

Please explain how to get the money back, hoe to get the liveries?

during the free content event at saturday.. i have bought me the carlsoon slk 340 jdd hilclimb icon car.. money was tranferred.. but i dont recive anything.. until today.. but the wrong car.. now i have the bmw hillclimb car.. and today i bought the sachsenring and the mercedes hillclimb again.. same thing.. money transferred but i dont recive anything..

BTW, hillclimb BMW is a free car.

 

oh.. ok.. i do not know this.. iahve driven these cars first time on saturday..^^ great so i bought a car twice.. and thanks for the fast reply.. i have filled it..

 

Filed the form yesterday.
I just noticed that I even have saved replays of races with the cars/on the tracks which are gone now.
(TT Assen, Mazda MX5)

Wasn't it during free period? It started at 18.06.23 and then was extended a few times.

 

I know that on 18/06 when I did those races, there were still a bunch of car packs listed as not purchased which I really didn't own. Also two tracks were marked as not purchased. One was a French Track and the other the Norwegian.
Wasn't the Mx-5 and TT Assen always part of the premium pack? I purchased it back in May 2020 when the lock down gave me free time to race

 

Assen was released in January 2022, The Drivers Pack (which includes MX-5) was released in December 2022.

If they were listed under "Not purchased" in the game (not on the store page) then it was before free access started. Because with free access you see everything in the game as purchased.
