I have to report this car is insane fun around the Sonoma long circuit. I know the indys use a different layout but the back part of the long circuit flows so much better and in the Formula RR US you just sweep through these corners flat out its the most fun I've had simracing in ages
The long version of the Sonoma Raceway / Infineon Raceway / Sears Point Raceway is the only true layout.
the indycar drive on the IRL track 3.706 km ( I think ) http://www.indycar.com/Videos/2017/02/02-19-Visor-cam-Hildebrand-Sonoma
It’s time for some reality checks between the RaceRoom IndyCars und the real life IndyCars. Who sacrifice himself? We need new stuff: https://forum.sector3studios.com/index.php?threads/raceroom-vs-real-life.3542/ PS: I love the green vegetation in California, looks much better than the desert track design in R3E, iRacing, ...
Sonoma is only green a short period of the year during spring and the grass will turn yellow later. If you look at this video you will even see people commenting on this. But Patric Giranthon's mod tracks on AMS usually has three versions per track - spring, summer and fall/autumn with different textures which is cool so that could be something to consider maybe?
I want to congratulate Sector3 for this car. Amazing job guys. It feels amazing,it drives amazing. Incredible.
Yes, but I believe the engine is automatically turned off and on again when you don't map a key for the ignition.
I am currently testing the formula US. The ffb, handling is awesome. For replays I wish the head of the driver would shake and move around like in reality. I think in all formula car in Raceroom the head is always stiff like glued to the seat.
Invite everyone experienced drivers to the Online-Championship!!! https://forum.sector3studios.com/index.php?threads/frus-s1-2017-12-04-2017-17-05-2017.7693/
Any particular reason this car has such a huge fuel tank? Takes like 220l iirc whereas an indycar can only take 70l
Oh no please not, it was so anoying to refuel during 30 minute sessions. If possible let us have a refuel window between 30 und 60 minutes of a race.
Yeah i can kinda see that being a bit annoying but then again it probably just isnt particularly realistic to run it on engine map 5 all the time. But given that technically its a fictional car i wouldnt be opposed to it being somewhere between 70 and 100 litres, not up to me to decide tho
