Mood feature doesn't exist anymore, even the files are gone. But they are replaced by a bunch of PNGs that are used as LUT (look-up table) and you can edit them in any graphics editor to get different color grading if you want that.

Humm, even with the last hotfix clouds setting seems to always revert to random instead of keeping last selection.

thanks. it was right there in the middle, don't know why I missed it. Must have had a blonde moment:oops:

by the way, I have just had a Race at Spa in sunset and overcast conditions, it was getting dark, so close to night conditions I am dreaming of in RRE:p

I noticed also that AI cars had their headlights ON, was that already there before the update?

Maybe I had never really bothered to check that until now

    thanks

thanks.I am more of a Reshade tweaker myself rather than editing files these days, but appreciate the hint.

In single player it will stay unfixed until new ui arrives hopefully :soontm: as it is deemed unfixable for some reason. Sounds to me like it was a hackjob to even get it in

Headlights were always there, but they have been improved in the graphics update. You and the AI can also turn them off now depending on the time of day.

What does AC have to do with that?

The kunos engine was supposedly not supporting night and rain

that’s all, I didn’t mean to start again the debate

I am just hoping the hiring that JeanFrancois mentioned is potentially dedicated to such engine development

Great job with this, I came back because I missed RaceRoom and shortly after you're releasing content that really falls into my interests

The Calibra has two lamps named as "Shift" but they seem to be without any function. Is this correct or maybe a bug? I thought this should probably be shifiting lights, like the green light in the Mercedes.

Hello, I didn't use RaceRoom since a long long time, is there in alternative to the OtterHUD since it is discontinued? Raceroom still have this old HUD right?

I just watched this video and noticed that the chicane of the AVUS 1994 layout seems to be wrong in the game. Ingame, it's placed at the same position like in the 1998 layout, but you can see in the video that it was placed quite a bit earlier on the straight resulting in the wall after the chicane being farther away.

Is it like that on purpose? The chicane in the 1998 layout seems to be correct, though.

The curbs are also wrong (being the ones from 98, 95 had flat ones). But yeah, in gerenal, it is so to say on purpose.

    "Resizeable BAR."

I saw a different post mentioning to turn this on for DXVK, that user seen the same FPS tanking as me in DXVK, on the new release with DXVK my frames dropped from 150+ to ~60 and tanking to under 40 in some scenarios, even turning my settings medium and lower, turning this option VBAR option ON in my BIOS my FPS in DXVK has returned to normal steady 150+ FPS, everything maxxed out,

I have no idea what this option is or what it does in the BIOS but turn it ON.
