Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

Hello everyone, as of today all of my purchased content has disappeared. What's going on here? My profile name is: see Screenshot

I bought 2 cars few days ago with few color options, I bought it straight from in game with my steam wallet. today the cars disappeared from my owned list, both of them.

Hello. Last month I made a few purchases, in fact I purchased all the cars & tracks. I bought the premium pack then very recently added the Ferrari, McLaren and the Lambo to complete my collection. Tonight I find that my account appears to be reset with none of my purchases being accessible. Please advise.

Edit: I'm pleased to say all content appears to now be accessible again.

My Raceroom profile is gt3rs_1/ the web won't let me put the direct link.

Was going to enter a race this evening at Nordschleife NLS with Porsche 992 GTR Endurance. Suddenly it tells me that i don´t have them. Had to repurchase them spending EUR 11,89, 799+399 VRP.
Also lost all my other previous purchases.

According to this thread other threads on this under Community Support, it is a known issue on KW's side, hoping to be fixed on Monday.

 

Just logged in to find all my purchased content has been wiped. All 90 euros of it. It was all there yesterday, Please fix.

I purchased the premium pack a few months ago. I have recently reinstalled Raceroom and all the content is gone.
